Hubbard Supplyhouse is seeking an energetic, self-motivated Warehouse Associate to support inbound and outbound product flow. The role emphasizes teamwork, accuracy, and customer service in a family-like environment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse or physical labor role.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds.
• Basic computer and scanning tool proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work at a consistent pace.

Responsabilidades

• Unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments; receive, stage, and stock inventory in appropriate locations; identify and report damages, shortages, or discrepancies; maintain accurate inventory and product organization.
• Pick, pack, and stage orders for delivery or customer pickup; load trucks safely and accurately based on order requirements; verify outgoing shipments against packing slips and sales orders; ensure proper labeling, packaging, and secure loading.
• Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory and orders; maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas; assist in other warehouse functions as needed; communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Represent Hubbard Supplyhouse with a professional and positive attitude; work collaboratively with warehouse, delivery, and counter teams; support team goals and contribute to a team-first culture; communicate issues or delays clearly and promptly.

The Warehouse Associate (Receiving & Shipping) plays a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations by handling both inbound and outbound product flow. This position is responsible for receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and staging materials with accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate thrives in a “team first” environment and has a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities and Duties

Receiving (Inbound)

• Unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments

Requirements

Required
