Job summary

LKQ Corporation in Irving, TX is seeking a Warehouse Associate for receiving to help pull, scan, package, and stage auto parts orders. You’ll operate pallet jacks, forklifts and other PIT equipment, with a focus on accuracy and safety in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers a steady Monday–Friday schedule, a starting pay of $18 per hour, and a retention bonus program designed to reward ongoing, full-time employment with additional incentives and company benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have experience operating Reach Truck and Cherry Picker.
• Able to lift products weighing up to 75 lbs consistently.
• Able to stand, walk, bend and climb ladders all day in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.
• Experience with stock put-away (Big Zone products).
• Forklift or PIT equipment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery.
• Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated locations.
• Load, unload, and move parts safely with warehouse equipment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and clear communication with team.
