Job summary

Chadwell Supply is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Tampa. You will be responsible for selecting products from stock, ensuring accuracy, and preparing orders for delivery in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time role offers a consistent schedule (Monday–Friday, 7–8 AM start, finish by 3:30–4:30 PM), guaranteed 40 hours per week, overtime opportunities, and no weekends. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401K, PTO, holidays, and more.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Capable of lifting in excess of 60 pounds, standing for extended periods, climbing stairs and ladders, bending, stooping, and carrying products.

Responsibilities

• Select products from warehouse stocking locations to fill pick tickets and orders.
• Maintain accuracy and promptness in pulling items in correct quantity.
• Record pulled quantities and serial numbers on pick tickets or in related systems.
• Label and package pulled orders for delivery.
• Assist in staging and loading orders into delivery vehicles.
• Assist in unloading products from receiving containers when needed.
• Operate warehouse equipment following safety procedures.
• Support stocking and other warehouse projects as needed.

Overview

Chadwell Supply is a successful family-owned maintenance supply company with 30 Branches Nationwide. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and detail-minded individual to work as a Chadwell Supply Warehouse Associate.

What you will need

• You must be 18 years or older.
• You must be in good physical condition and capable of lifting in excess of 60 pounds, standing for extended periods of time, able to climb steps and ladders, and capable of bending, stooping, and carrying products up steps, stairs, and down ramps and walkways.

How you will make an Impact

• Select products from warehouse stocking locations to fill pick ticket orders.
• Maintain company standards for accuracy and promptness in pulling the proper items in the proper quantity.
• Accurately and legibly records pulled quantities and product serial numbers on pick ticket documents or in related computer programs.
• Packages and prepares pulled orders in a manner as directed by management, including labeling of packages as to customer name.
• Assists in staging and loading pulled orders into delivery vehicles.
• Assists in unloading product from receiving containers as needed.
• Operate warehouse equipment and following safety procedures
