Job summary

Munch’s Supply is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support shipping, receiving, and inventory control for the Indiana region. You will handle inbound/outbound freight, pick/pack orders, and operate material handling equipment in a safety-conscious environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate counts, stocking products, and keeping a clean, organized workspace while following SOPs and PPE requirements. Competitive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience in warehousing or related functions.
• Strong aptitude for mathematical operations and numerical analysis.

Responsibilities

• Performs inbound/outbound freight handling, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment.
• Accurately pick, pack, and distribute sales orders and transfers; maintain inventory accuracy through counts and discrepancy reporting.
• Operate warehouse tools and material handling equipment safely while adhering to SOPs and PPE requirements.
• Load, unload, move and stock materials efficiently; ensure products are secured and documented with proper bills of lading.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment; proactively identify and report hazards.
