Marcone Plumbing is seeking a Warehouse Associate (Quality Inspector) to perform warehouse tasks including shipping, receiving, stocking, picking, and pulling products for customers and branch locations. You will conduct quality audits on inbound and outbound shipments and coordinate testing for reworked items to ensure compliance.

SHIFT IS MONDAY TO FRIDAY 7AM- 3:30PM

A successful candidate will handle daily quality audits on both inbound and outbound shipments, and actively coordinate testing for reworked items. You will communicate testing status updates to all relevant departments and investigate inventory issues sent via email, physically verifying bin locations and ensuring all items meet our specific quality and metal compliance labeling requirements.

Job Summary

The Warehouse Associate (Quality Inspector) is responsible for performing warehouse related functions of handling merchandise and product incoming or outgoing including shipping, receiving, transferring, stocking, picking, and pulling product for customers, vendors, and branch locations as required.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Performs inbound/ outbound freight handling, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment.

• Operate warehouse tools and material handling equipment safely while adhering to SOPs and PPE requirements.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

This position requires approximately 40–43 hours per week and involves routine physical activity, including:

• Frequent lifting of 25–50 lbs. (up to 100 lbs. occasionally), and pushing/pulling loads up to 300 lbs.


• Operation of forklifts and material handling equipment for extended periods (up to 6 hours daily)


• Regular bending, climbing, squatting, kneeling, reaching, and sustained use of hands, arms, and feet


• Periods of sitting, standing, walking, and twisting throughout the shift
