SwimOutlet is seeking part-time Warehouse Associates to join our Putaway and Returns teams in Ohio. The role emphasizes fast, accurate order fulfillment with no warehouse experience required.

Available shifts include Monday–Friday mornings and evenings. Ideal candidates are self-starters who work well independently and as part of a team, with comfort using touch screen devices and maintaining a positive attitude in a light industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Pull and pack customer orders quickly and accurately.
• Operate in putaway and returns areas as part of a team.

SwimOutlet.com is looking for Part-Time Warehouse Associates to join our Putaway and Returns teams!

Available shifts:

Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Monday–Friday: 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM

When SwimOutlet customers place an order, we ensure that our customers’ orders are pulled quickly and packed with care. This requires warehouse associates to be swift and accurate, no warehouse experience needed.The most important characteristics of our warehouse team is that we value diversity and treat each other with respect. Physical Demands

• Regular bending, lifting, stretching and reaching both below the waist and above the head Occasionally push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 pounds
• Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds each
• Engage in full manual dexterity in both hands and wrists
• Continual standing and/or walking without limitations up to 10 hours daily
• Ability to work in a warehouse/distribution environment that may be noisy, unheated, not air-conditioned
