Job summary

Cencora, Inc. is hiring for a part-time Distribution Center Associate in Brooks, KY. You will fulfill orders, stock and pick items, and prepare outbound shipments while maintaining a clean, safe work environment and using RF scanning equipment.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to read English, and reliability for the listed shift with overtime. Compensation includes base pay with potential incentives and bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to work in a climate-controlled facility.
• Ability to read and understand the English language.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting distribution standards.
• Motivated, hard-working and dependable; attendance and punctuality are very important.
• Able to work the shift hours listed above, plus overtime.
• Able to perform repetitive and manual tasks on a consistent basis.
• Warehouse or Distribution experience preferred (1 year or less).
• Able to work with RF scanning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Order fulfillment – stocking, restocking, picking and packing, and outbound shipping of customer orders.
• Perform daily cycle counting and researching discrepancies.
• Use equipment to track, monitor and verify products for distribution.
• Maintain a clean work area to keep pharmaceutical products and merchandise clean and help prevent work related injuries.
• Verify product received against receiving documents, notes and reports discrepancies and any obvious damages (dependent on shift assignment).

Job Details

• Shift Details: Monday-Thursday 4:00 pm - 10:30 pm
• Pay Details: Pay starting at $19.00 with potential for up to $23.48 based on a variety of earning opportunities including shift differentials, performance incentives, and referral bonuses.
• Cencora offers a variety of earning opportunities from base pay rates, shift differentials, performance incentives, and referral bonuses.

Part time

Responsibilities

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively; products vary in weight and size
• Comfortable walking up to 8 miles per shift (steps vary by role and shift)
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
