Jack Madden Ford Wholesale Parts is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate / Parts Picker to join our growing Wholesale Parts team in Norwood, MA. The role focuses on accurately picking wholesale parts orders, preparing them for delivery, and safely loading trucks.

The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Automotive parts experience is a plus, but training is provided to the right person.

Warehouse Associate / Parts Picker

Jack Madden Ford Wholesale Parts is seeking a dependable, motivated, and hardworking Warehouse Associate / Parts Picker to join our growing Wholesale Parts team.

For more than 70 years, Jack Madden Ford has been family owned and operated, building a strong reputation through exceptional customer service, reliability, and commitment to our community. This position is primarily responsible for accurately picking wholesale parts orders, preparing orders for delivery, and safely and efficiently loading delivery trucks.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick automotive parts orders from warehouse inventory.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and order information before orders leave the warehouse.
• Organize and stage completed orders for delivery.
• Safely and efficiently load delivery trucks according to established routes and procedures.
• Ensure parts are properly secured and protected during transportation.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing incoming parts.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment.
• Help locate inventory and keep warehouse locations properly labeled and organized.
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts when needed.
• Communicate with Parts Counter and Wholesale staff regarding missing, damaged, or incorrect parts.
• Handle parts carefully to prevent damage.
• Follow all dealership safety procedures and warehouse guidelines.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.

Automotive or parts experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull boxes and automotive parts.
• Ability to safely handle parts of varying sizes and weights.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment that may include varying temperatures.
• Ability to safely load and unload delivery vehicles.
