Job summary

All Surfaces in Naperville, IL is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support the warehouse operation by fulfilling logistical needs such as processing, storing inventory, picking orders, and ensuring timely deliveries.

This role requires at least 2 years of warehouse experience, ability to lift 75 lbs, forklift experience, and a commitment to safety and cleanliness. Work hours are 7am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday, with pay at $20 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of warehouse and/or fulfillment experience.
• Courteous, personal attention to promote customer satisfaction.
• Excellent attention to detail with accurate, quality output.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks for productivity.
• Regularly lift over 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, stage, and load customer orders.
• Receive inventory and inspect for damage; stock to bin locations.
• Verify orders for accuracy and quality at all stages.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other handling equipment.
• Follow SOPs for shipping/receiving paperwork and systems.
• Assist branch in safety, maintenance, and cleanliness.
• Organize inventory to meet safety and storage standards.
• Ensure pallets are shrink-wrapped, strapped, and banded as required.
• Clean showroom, bathrooms, and warehouse areas.
