Job summary

Capstone is seeking a dynamic yard operations associate in Hopewell Junction, NY. You will participate in pre-shift meetings, perform stretching, safety observations, and coordinate with leadership to support management and coaching.

This role is a stepping stone toward management with exposure to receiving, unloading/loading operations and working solo or in teams. You will move pallets and cases using a forklift, pallet jack, or by hand, with a fast-paced, physical environment.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic and the work is fast paced and very physical.
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs; prior warehouse or equipment experience is preferred but training is available.

• Oversee a specified area to maintain workflow and meet customer expectations
• Handle movement of pallets and cases on/off trailers using a forklift, pallet jack, or by hand
