Cardinal Health is seeking a Warehouse Operations Associate II to support inbound or outbound activities. This role handles receiving, storing, and shipping goods, and ships products in the outbound section after proper stocking.
Expect night shifts with up to 29 hours weekly, starting 8:00pm–4:30am, and training during the first week. Responsibilities include unloading trucks with pallet jacks, checking in using the warehouse system, and picking goods for outbound transport under supervisor
Shift: Sunday night - Thursday night; 8:00pm – 4:30am. Employee may choose to pick up shifts totaling up to 29 hours/week. Shifts may be selected Sunday – Thursday 8:00pm – 4:30am utilizing the Shyft app (4 hour shifts).
*Training hours will be conducted during night shift hours (1st week)
Warehouse Operations is responsible for performing/controlling a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product. This may include functions of receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, delivery, etc. Also responsible for the efficient flow of products from the point of product receipt from vendors to the shipment of products (via prescribed service parameters) to a variety of internal and external customers.
The Assoc II, Warehouse Ops assists on Inbound or Outbound activities as requested by the Warehouse Supervisor meeting quality, safety, productivity and operational standards. This job receives products in the Inbound section. As far as the outbound section, this job ships products.
Pay rate:$18.85 per hour (shift differential pay included)
