Job summary

Mondelēz International in Omaha, NE is hiring a Part-Time Warehouse Associate. You will assist with unloading, stocking, picking orders, and loading trucks in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves safety-focused duties and inventory reconciliation across multiple warehouse tasks. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, operate a Warehouse Management System, and preferably have forklift or pallet jack experience.

Qualifications

• Capable of performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
• Proficient in lifting, bending, carrying, pushing, and pulling (up to 50 lbs/25 kg).
• Preferably have experience with forklifts and/or pallet jacks.
• Possess or able to obtain relevant licenses to operate equipment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in warehouse activities, including truck unloading, stock counting, order processing, and maintaining warehouse organization.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and conduct safety checks on equipment.
• Assemble and load products on delivery trucks in a timely manner.
• Work in warehousing, performing order picking, palletizing, and loading/unloading trucks.
• Maintain an accurate running inventory.
• Record and return defective items from previous deliveries.
• Accept, verify, inspect, and record incoming deliveries following company policy.
• Adhere to safety and quality checks to protect staff and products.

As a Warehouse Associateyou will participate in the daily activities of our warehouses in a safe way, includingbut not limited to activities such as truck unloading, putting away, picking, truck loading, stock counting, processing orders, accepting incoming shipments, andparticipate inthe general organization of the warehouse.

Job Specific Requirements:

• Capable of performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced work environmentandutilizinga Warehouse Management System(SAPEWM).

• Proficient in various physical activities such as lifting, bending, carrying, pushing, and pulling (maximumof 50 lbs./25kg).

• Preferably, have experience with forklifts and/or pallet jacks.

• Possess or able to obtain relevant licenses tooperateequipment.

• Willingness to take on other related duties as assigned.

What You'll Need as a Warehouse Associate:

• Following schedules and instructions from the Foreman or Supervisor for efficient operations.

• Willingness to be flexible with schedules based on customer demands.

• Having a general understanding of warehouse operations and practices.

• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and temperatures.

Salary and Benefits:

The hourly wage for this position is $26.80 per hour. The position offers healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, and paid time off, in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Some of these benefits have eligibility requirements.
