Eastern Industrial Supplies, Inc. is seeking a Distribution Associate for a part-time role, 3-4 days per week, starting at 7:00 am on the first shift.

You will be at the forefront of logistics, ensuring timely and accurate shipments to customers. Responsibilities include receiving and inspecting materials, pulling and staging orders with forklifts or order pickers, packaging securely, and completing shipping documentation while maintaining quality standards.

About the role

This role is part-time, 3-4 days a week on the first shift (starting at 7:00 am).

As a Distribution Associate, you will be at the forefront of logistics, ensuring that our valued customers receive their products safely and on time.

What you'll do

• Receive and inspect materials from Motor Freight Carriers, UPS/FedEx, and customer returns.
• Accurately pull and stage orders for shipment using forklifts or order pickers.
• Ensure items are packaged securely and labeled correctly.
• Complete shipping documentation and system entries while maintaining high quality standards.

Qualifications

• At least one year of warehouse, material handler, distribution, and forklift operations strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational abilities
