Job summary

Morrison Industries LLC in Grand Rapids is hiring a Warehouse Associate for the 12:30pm–6pm, Monday–Friday shift at our Grand Rapids facility. The role requires a valid driver’s license, pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check.

As a Warehouse Associate you will pull orders, receive and organize stock, manage shipping, unload trucks, and ensure accurate numbers while maintaining safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Good customer relations skills and clear language
• Ability to work independently with teamwork when needed
• Familiarity with using laptops/tablets for work
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy during tasks
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk most of shift
• Reliable attendance and shift readiness

Job description

MVP is looking for a Warehouse Associate in ourGrand Rapids location at 350 28th St SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49548. This position would require a valid, good standing driver’s license. As well as pre-employment drug screen, physical exam, and a background check for any position within the company.

Job Type: Part time

Hours:12:30pm-6pm, Monday-Friday

Compensation: $17.50/hour

Our Warehouse Associates Typically:

• Have Good Customer Relations Skills with Clear and Concise Language Skills
• Enjoy Working Independently, but can Collaborate when Needed
• Utilize Technology such as a Laptop or Tablet
• Ability to Lift 50 pounds due to Lift and Move Functions
• Is Comfortable standing and walking for Majority of Shift
• Displays a Strong Attention to Detail

While not a requirement, the ideal candidate will have some experience working with UPS WorldShip.
