Job summary

48forty Solutions, LLC in West Memphis, AR is seeking a Pallet Sorter to hand sort pallets in a busy distribution facility, supporting safety and cleanliness. The position offers $20.00 per hour with a Wednesday–Sunday 7:00 AM–3:30 PM shift.

A high school diploma or GED and strong oral and written communication are required. Duties include stacking and moving pallets, loading trailers by hand, checking loads, and completing paperwork; benefits include paid time off, 401(k), and a team-oriented

• Hand stack pallets to appropriate heights
• Load and unload materials from trailers by hand
• Move pallets, or materials on pallets or in crates, around the distribution center
• Check loads to make sure they are secure
• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards
• Coordinate trailers moves within yard management system
• Accurately complete production paperwork to track progress
• Communicate directly with Shift Lead or On-Site Manager regularly
• High school degree or GED required
• Excellent oral and written communication skills needed
• Ability to work overtime when needed
