48forty Solutions, LLC in Cocoa, FL is hiring a Pallet Sorter to hand sort pallets in a fast-paced distribution facility. You will help maintain safety and cleanliness while moving materials and ensuring loads meet quality standards.

We offer multiple shifts with hourly pay from $16.50 to $17.00. Overtime eligibility, paid time off, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, a 401(k), and a supportive team environment.

Formación

• High school degree or GED is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.

Responsabilidades

• Hand stack pallets to appropriate heights
• Load and unload materials from trailers by hand
• Move pallets, or materials on pallets or in crates, around the distribution center
• Check loads to make sure they are secure
• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards
• Coordinate trailers moves within yard management system
• Accurately complete production paperwork to track progress
• Communicate directly with Shift Lead or On-Site Manager regularly

Overview

As a Pallet Sorter, you’ll get to hand sort pallets within a distribution facility and ensure high levels of safety and cleanliness. This is the perfect role for someone looking to maintain high levels of activity and it is vital to the success of our customer’s production!

Hourly Pay:

$16.50-17.00/hr.

Shift(s):

1st Shift: Monday-Thursday 6:00am-4:30pm2nd Shift: Monday-Friday 5:00pm-3:30am3rd Shift: Friday-Sunday 5:30am-5:00pm4th Shift: Friday-Sunday 6:00pm-5:30am

What You'll Do

• Hand stack pallets to appropriate heights
• Load and unload materials from trailers by hand
