Inergroup is hiring immediately for a Warehouse Associate in St. Charles, IL. The role offers a 1st shift schedule (Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM) with 10 hours of overtime weekly.

Base pay is $16/hour, with total weekly pay around $880. Training is provided, no prior experience required, and benefits are included. Responsibilities include picking, packing, labeling lightweight items, ensuring quality checks, and maintaining a safe, clean workspace.

Qualifications

• Must have basic English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to stand for the entire shift and walk frequently through the facility.
• A strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, assembly-line environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and label lightweight products.
• Perform quality checks for defects or damages.
• Transport materials and products throughout the warehouse.
