Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a warehouse associate to support the distribution center operations. The role involves selecting, stamping, packing, loading trucks, and related tasks in a high-activity cigarette room setting.

The position emphasizes meeting productivity, accuracy, and safety standards, with opportunities for growth and recognition within a People First culture. Candidates should be able to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds with assistance.
• Physical ability to sit, walk, stand, crouch, kneel, bend, and reach.
• Comfort working in a warehouse environment with moderate to high noise levels.
• Willingness to work in varying temperatures, including weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Complete selection orders by picking items according to standards.
• Lift products weighing 30-60 lbs safely.
• Operate on a stamp line for stamping or packing products.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment by disposing of waste and cleaning up broken cases.
• Report damaged or low-stock products and communicate quality issues.
• Participate in product rotation and perform other assigned duties.
