Job summary

Capstone Logistics LLC in Pennsylvania is seeking reliable Warehouse Associates to perform a variety of warehouse duties in a fast-paced environment. You will load, unload, pick orders, palletize, and support audits while maintaining safety and efficiency.

The role requires lifting 25–75 lbs and is ideal for candidates who are energetic, hardworking, and willing to train. Growth opportunities and paid training are highlighted benefits.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Lift and carry 25-75 lbs, with various materials handled.
• Prior warehouse experience is a plus but training is available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods, select orders, haul freight, audit, repack, sort and palletize as needed.
• Perform clean-up and housekeeping tasks; follow safety and site leadership instructions.

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
