Job summary

Locke Supply is seeking a Warehouse Associate - Outbound for nights in Oklahoma City, OK. The role is full-time, Sunday to Thursday, with a shift from 12:00PM to 8:30PM or 11:30AM to 8:00PM UTC, with overtime as needed.

Eligible for a monthly incentive program and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). The associate will handle day-to-day warehouse operations, pull material, drive powered equipment, and perform other warehouse tasks to support Locke

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to do basic math (add/sub/mult/div).
• Ability to lift 75 lbs regularly.
• Team oriented and reliable.
• Critical thinking and willingness to work in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations to support outbound activities.
• Pull material and pick orders for outbound shipments.
• Operate powered equipment as required.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.
• Support other warehouse tasks as needed.

Salary Range: $17.00 To $17.00 Hourly

The Warehouse Associate position is a full-time role at Locke Supply! The schedule is Sunday to Thursday 12:00PM to 8:30PM UTC (Until complete- overtime available) AND 11:30 AM to 8:00PM UTC (Until Complete - Overtime available). This position is also eligible for our monthly incentive program.

What are the Warehouse Associate responsibilities?

It’s an important hands‑on role where you’ll be key to giving Locke Supply’s internal and external customers an outstanding experience.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day warehouse operations, including pulling material, driving powered equipment, and handling various other warehouse tasks.

What are the requirements for a Warehouse Associate?

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to do basic math (Addition, subtraction, division and multiplication)
• Ability to be at elevated heights (up to 30 feet height)
• Comfortable with operating powered equipment
• Outbound or Shipping/packing experience
• Ability to lift 75lbs on a regular basis
• Critical Thinking
• Team Oriented
• Understanding of the importance of their role and the value it brings to the company
• Ability to use and work on a computer and wrist mount systems
• Must be able to pass a post-offer, physical job duty test through WorkSTEPS

Working conditions for an Associate is a climate-controlled distribution center.
