Job summary

Specs Family Partners is hiring for an order selector and wholesale product merchandiser. The role focuses on accurately identifying items by sku, size and rack location, packing wholesale orders securely, and maintaining organized pull carts and staging areas.

Responsibilities

• Identify products by sku, size, varietal, and rack location daily.
• Pack wholesale orders neatly and securely for delivery.
• Maintain pull cart and staging area for quick verification of orders.
• Lift and move up to 50 lb regularly and up to 100 lb occasionally with proper tools.
• Use dolly or pallet jack to move pallets as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of racks and work areas.

The individuals selected for this position are experienced professionals that can function well as part of a team, but can effectively function independently.The individuals selected for this position are responsible for order selecting and merchandising wholesale products daily. They ensure that we are expediting and stocking wholesale products for our wholesale customers.1. Knows and actively demonstrates, daily, our Company Mission Statement and our Core Values2. Correctly identifies product by sku, size, varietal, and rack bin location3. Make necessary notes on invoices to show variances changes, and out of stock products4. Maintains control and integrity of pull cart to ensure no product is removed until order is completely pulled5. Maintain neat and orderly product rack areas while order selecting6. Maintains pull cart staging area to ensure any order can be quickly verified upon checking7. Pack wholesale order products neatly without damage to ensure integrity of item at delivery8. Tag wholesale customers orders according to quantity of shipment9. Maintain security and proper usage of all TABC stamps utilized for wholesale customer orders10. Work with and maintain TABC stamp guns and machines11. Restock supplies and utilize equipment when needed to ensure replenishment of products in the racks12. Inform manager/lead of out of stocks or inventory variance on all items13. Work with and maintains computer equipment14. Assists in prep for inventory and assist in inventory process15. Practices teamwork and cooperation with coworkers16. Seeks to continually improve related skills and knowledge to contribute to profitability and productivity17. Undertakes responsibilities with care and attention to detail18. Lift 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally in each shift19. Properly utilize a dolly and/or pallet jack20. Push or pull 50-100 pounds regularly21. Other projects as assigned by management22. Efficiently carrying out all the directives given by Management Team23.
