ABB Optical Group in Kentucky is seeking a Lab Technician/Warehouse Associate to process products in the lab and support warehouse operations. The role includes handling lenses, tinting, AR coating, invoicing, and packaging finished jobs, with a Saturday to Tuesday 5am–3:30pm shift.
This is a full‑time position requiring at least a HS diploma or equivalent, with on‑the‑job training for entry level. Prior optical manufacturing experience is helpful, and basic computer literacy is expected.

The Lab Technician is responsible for the timely, efficient, and accurate processing of products in the lab. Lab Technicians will be assigned an essential function, where they will work the predominant portion of their daily work schedule, as well as be expected to perform work in additional essential functions as business needs dictate.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, bend, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus are required.
The work environment is a climate‑controlled manufacturing facility with moderate noise.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $15.50. Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan.
