Job summary

Cencora is hiring a Warehouse Associate (Nights) in Honolulu, HI. This full-time role supports AmerisourceBergen operations with a night schedule: Sundays 3:30 PM–Finish and Mon-Thu 4:30 PM–Finish. Pay starts at $21.50/hr with potential up to $26.73/hr including incentives and bonuses.

Responsibilities include order fulfillment, cycle counting, equipment tracking, and maintaining a clean, safe work area. Education required: high school diploma or equivalent; distribution experience preferred.

Job Details: This role is in support of Cencora's distribution services in the US operating through our AmerisourceBergen business.

Shift Details: Full-Time | Sunday 3:30PM-Finish; Monday-Thursday 4:30PM-Finish

Pay Details: Pay starting at $21.50 with potential for up to $26.73 based on a variety of earning opportunities including shift differentials, performance incentives, and referral bonuses.

Responsibilities:

• Order fulfillment – stocking, restocking, picking and packing, and outbound shipping of customer orders.
• Perform daily cycle counting and researching discrepancies.
• Use equipment to track, monitor and verify products for distribution.
• Maintain a clean work area to keep pharmaceutical products and merchandise clean and help prevent work related injuries.
• Verify product received against receiving documents, notes and reports discrepancies and any obvious damages (dependent on shift assignment).
• Performs related duties as assigned.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Work Experience: Warehouse or Distribution experience preferred (1 year or less)

Skills and Knowledge:

• Able to work in climate-controlled facility.
• Ability to read and understand the English language.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting distribution standards.
• Motivated, hard-working and dependable; attendance and punctuality are very important.
• Able to work the shift hours listed above, plus overtime. (Overtime in most Distribution Centers is mandatory to enable real-time delivery)
• Able to perform repetitive and manual tasks on a consistent basis.

Nice to have:

• Able to work with RF scanning equipment

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively; products vary in weight and size
• Comfortable walking up to 8 miles per shift (steps vary by role and shift)
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
