Warehouse Associate - Nights

The team member in this position checks trucks in and out using WMS and is responsible for the quality and efficiency of trailer loading/unloading, including pallet handling. The team member will operate a forklift or work with LGV (Laser Guided Vehicle) and handling systems. Responsibilities include checking outbound trailers, monitoring LGV activity, following SOPs for inventory accuracy, prepping loads, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Schedule: 2-2-3 Night Shift
Pay: Starting at $21/hr ($20/hr base + $1 night shift incentive)

Essential Functions

• Receive inbound orders into WMS (spring water, resin, materials, deliveries, etc.)
• Rebuild damaged pallets prior to restock
• Process RMAs
• Consolidate finished goods storage
• Identify and report quality issues
• Validate new SKUs in WMS
• Correct LGV alarms
• Monitor loads
• Unload deliveries with forklift
• Maintain pallet storage, offload pallets, stage for LGV
• Correct product spills
• Pull pallets manually as needed
• Supply production with non-inventory items
• Handle air bag loads
• Clear blocked locations in WMS
• Operate forklift when needed
• Facilitate information flow between logistics, production, and sales
• Test resin and spring water
• Coordinate preload activities and trailer inspections
• Check in trucks and communicate loading instructions
• Provide loading documents and seals
• Maintain records for shipping and inventory
• Participate in process improvements and cost reduction
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse
• Ensure regular attendance
• Communicate effectively via phone and with internal/external contacts
• Coordinate shipment flow with transportation and scheduling
