Job summary

Cencora is seeking team members to support US distribution services in a full-time role. You will perform order fulfillment tasks including stocking, restocking, picking and packing, and assist with outbound shipping.

The position requires a high school diploma, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and the stamina to stand and walk during shifts. A $2,000 sign-on bonus and potential for performance-based incentives are offered.

Job Details

This role is in support of Cencora's distribution services in the US operating through our AmerisourceBergen business.

Shift Details

Full-Time | Sunday: 3pm - until finish; Monday - Thursday: 5pm until finish. Overtime maybe required

Pay starting

at $21.50 with potential for up to $27.07 based on a variety of earning opportunities including shift differentials, performance incentives, and referral bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Order fulfillment – stocking, restocking, picking and packing, and outbound shipping of customer orders.

• Perform daily cycle counting and researching discrepancies.

• Use equipment to track, monitor and verify products for distribution.

• Maintain a clean work area to keep pharmaceutical products and merchandise clean and help prevent work related injuries.

• Verify product received against receiving documents, notes and reports discrepancies and any obvious damages (dependent on shift assignment).

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Important Skills

• Able to work in climate-controlled facility.

• Ability to read and understand the English language

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting distribution standards.

• Motivated, hard-working and dependable; attendance and punctuality are very important.

• Able to work the shift hours listed above, plus overtime. (Overtime in most Distribution Centers is mandatory to enable real-time delivery)

• Able to perform repetitive and manual tasks on a consistent basis.

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively; products vary in weight and size

• Comfortable walking up to 8 miles per shift (steps vary by role and shift)

• Ability to stand for long periods of time

Nice to have

• Warehouse or Distribution experience preferred (1 year or less)

• Able to work with RF scanning equipment

Salary Range*

$29,600 - 54,340

*This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
