SIMOS, Avon, IN, is hiring Night Shift Warehouse Associates to support a leading employer during a peak season. You will work 3rd shift, 6:00 PM–4:20 AM, with overtime as needed and potential for long-term opportunities.

As a Picker/Packer, you’ll use RF scanners to locate, pick, and ship orders, pack according to quality standards, and maintain inventory accuracy while meeting daily productivity goals. Weekly pay and benefits included.

Night Shift Schedule

Regular Schedule:

Monday - Thursday | 6:00 PM - 4:20 AM

Wednesday - Saturday | 6:00 PM - 4:20 AM

Peak Season Expectations

Plan to work 5-6 days per week during peak season to support the holiday rush.

Mandatory overtime as required based on business needs.
