Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a warehouse associate to handle inventory, picking, packing, and outbound shipping in a pharmaceutical packaging setting. You will verify orders, stock, and prepare shipments to meet customer requirements.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, can read English, lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a climate-controlled environment. Prior warehouse experience with RF equipment is a plus.

Job description

Role Overview:

Responsible for order fulfillment in a pharmaceutical packaging environment, including stocking, picking, packing, and outbound shipping of customer orders.

• Perform daily cycle counts and investigate discrepancies to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Use equipment such as RF scanners to track, monitor, and verify products for distribution.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment to prevent injuries and ensure product integrity.
• Verify received products against documents, noting damages or discrepancies.

Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent; ability to read and understand English; capable of working in a climate-controlled, fast-paced environment.

• Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and walk up to 8 miles per shift.
• Repetitive manual task performance required; experience with warehouse or RF equipment preferred.
