Role Overview

This position supports distribution services within a healthcare-focused organization, primarily involved in order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping operations.

• Stocking, restocking, picking, packing, and outbound shipping of customer orders.
• Performing daily cycle counts and investigating inventory discrepancies.
• Using equipment to track, monitor, and verify products for distribution.
• Maintaining a clean work environment to ensure product integrity and safety.
• Verifying received products against documentation and noting damages or discrepancies.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a climate-controlled environment, read and understand English, and perform repetitive manual tasks.
• Motivated, dependable, with excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and walk up to 8 miles per shift.
• Preferred: Warehouse or distribution experience and proficiency with RF scanning equipment.
