Job summary

All Surfaces Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support the Wood Dale, IL branch's warehouse operations, including processing, storing inventory, picking orders, and preparing items for delivery.

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday 8am–5pm. Pay: $20-$22/hr. You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, and ensure accuracy and safety in every shipment. Ideal candidates have at least two years in warehousing and can lift over 75 lbs, maintaining a tidy, safe work area.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of warehouse or fulfillment experience.
• Must be able to provide courteous, personal attention to promote customer satisfaction.
• Excellent attention to detail with consistent, accurate, and quality work output.
• Must be able to organize and prioritize tasks to maximize productive results.
• Must be able to regularly lift over 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, stage, and load customer orders.
• Receive inventory and inspect products for damage, stock products to bin locations.
• Verify orders for accuracy and quality at every stage of receiving and shipping process.
• Operate all equipment necessary for material handling such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other relevant equipment.
• Follow shipping and receiving standard operating procedures (SOP) for both paperwork and electronic systems processes.
• Assist the branch in executing warehouse standards of safety, maintenance, and cleanliness.
• Organize inventory to meet safety, efficiency, and inventory control standards for storage and transport.
• Ensure SOPs for inventory control are followed so pallets are properly shrink-wrapped, strapped, and banded for storage and transport.

• Be able to pass a background check and drug test for pre-employment screening.
• Legally permitted to work in the United States.
