Quality Talent Group in Riverview, FL is seeking a Warehouse Associate to safely receive, move, store, and prepare furniture and home furnishings across the warehouse and distribution process. You will operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and dollies, while maintaining high quality and accuracy for customer orders.

Qualifications

• Lifts up to 100 pounds safely and repeatedly.
• Experience in warehouse, distribution, retail, furniture handling, inventory, assembly, material handling, or powered industrial equipment is preferred but not required.
• Committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining product quality and accuracy.
• Effective communicator who collaborates with customers, teammates, and leaders.
• Demonstrates a strong work ethic, dependable attendance, adaptability, and adherence to safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Safely receive, move, store, assemble, and prepare furniture and home furnishings throughout the warehouse and distribution process.
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, lifts, pallet jacks, and dollies following safety procedures.
• Inspect, prepare, and maintain merchandise to meet quality standards before customer pickup or delivery.
• Load, unload, organize, and stage merchandise to support efficient operations and inventory accuracy.
• Assist with product preparation, minor repairs, touch-ups, and repackaging to ensure merchandise is customer-ready.
