Job summary

OnTrac in Schertz, Texas is hiring Package Handlers to support frontline warehouse operations. The role focuses on unloading trailers, sorting packages by zip codes, and maintaining safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers a starting pay of $17.10 per hour, with early morning shifts (6:00 AM – 9:30 AM) or end-of-sort duties. A reliable team player attitude and physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs are required, with opportunities for benefits and overtime pay.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull and/or move items averaging 50lbs and occasionally up to 75lbs.
• Ability to stay on your feet while working.
• Ability to work in the heat and the cold as temperatures vary in the warehouse by season.

OnTrac is hiring Package Handlers

Pay: $17.10/hr

Shift: 7 Day availability Shift times: 6:00AM - 9:30AM or End of Sort

Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.
