Job summary

OnTrac is seeking a Package Handler at our Schertz, TX site to support warehouse operations. You will unload trailers, sort packages by zip codes, and load trucks for deliveries while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

We offer a 7-day availability shift with early hours and pay of $17.10 per hour. Benefits include a 401(k) with company match, referral bonuses, and paid sick leave in line with local regulations.

Qualifications

• Able to stay on your feet and regularly lift, push, pull and move items averaging 50lbs and occasionally up to 75lbs.
• Be able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with heat and cold variations.
• Must be at least 18 years of age; basic English language proficiency for safety and operation instructions.

Shift: 7 Day availability Shift times: 6:00AM - 9:30AM or End of Sort

Hours may vary based on business needs. "End of Sort" is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.
