Job summary

OnTrac is hiring Package Handlers in Schertz, TX. You will be part of the operations team, supporting safe and efficient warehouse processes with a focus on quality and problem solving. The role pays $17.10 per hour and requires early shifts, including 6:00 AM to 9:30 AM or End of Sort, seven days a week.

Applicants should be able to stay on their feet, withstand heat and cold, and lift up to 75 lbs. The position emphasizes teamwork, safety, and contributing to a productive work environment.

Pay: $17.10/hr

Shift: 7 Day availability Shift times: 6:00AM - 9:30AM or End of Sort

Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

As a Package Handler, you are an integral part of the operations team, contributing to the smooth functioning of the warehouse. With a focus on quality and adherence to safety protocols, you play a vital role in maintaining a productive and secure work environment.
