Cencora is seeking personnel to support MWI Animal Health operations in Edwardsville, KS. The role focuses on warehouse tasks, order fulfillment, cycle counting and verification of shipments in a climate-controlled distribution center.

Typical shift schedule runs Monday–Thursday and Sunday mornings, with starting pay $19 and potential up to $22.42, plus incentives and referrals. Full-time, with overtime expected to meet distribution demands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Warehouse or distribution experience preferred (1 year or less).
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively.
• Able to walk up to 8 miles per shift and stand for long periods.

This role is in support of Cencora’s veterinary and livestock production solutions marketed through our MWI Animal Health business. MWI Animal Health is a leading brand of Cencora, serving animal health markets globally.

Shift Details

Monday to Thursday: 1pm to Finish and Sunday: 9am to Finish

Pay starting at $19 with potential for up to $22.42 based on a variety of earning opportunities including shift differentials, performance incentives, and referral bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Order fulfillment – stocking, restocking, picking and packing, and outbound shipping of customer orders.
• Perform daily cycle counting and researching discrepancies.
• Use equipment to track, monitor and verify products for distribution.
• Maintain a clean work area to keep pharmaceutical products and merchandise clean and help prevent work related injuries.
• Verify product received against receiving documents, notes and reports discrepancies and any obvious damages (dependent on shift assignment).

Work Experience

• Warehouse or Distribution experience preferred (1 year or less)

Skills And Knowledge

• Able to work in climate-controlled facility.
• Ability to read and understand the English language
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting distribution standards.
• Motivated, hard-working and dependable; attendance and punctuality are very important.
• Able to work the shift hours listed above, plus overtime. (Overtime in most Distribution Centers is mandatory to enable real-time delivery)
• Able to perform repetitive and manual tasks on a consistent basis.

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively; products vary in weight and size
• Comfortable walking up to 8 miles per shift (steps vary by role and shift)
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
