Job summary

Return Stack in Indianapolis, IN is seeking Warehouse Associates to support daily operations in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. You will be responsible for picking and sorting items, grading by category, cataloging products, and preparing shipments, with room to grow in a new, expanding company.

The role offers a $16.50 per hour pay rate, Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, and a benefits package including medical, vision, dental, life insurance, and employee assistance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a warehouse, production, or general labor environment preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, including reliable attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to take on a variety of tasks in a growing business environment.
• No power tools required—manual handling only.

Responsibilities

• Pick and sort items for processing.
• Grade products by category (electronics, toys, soft goods, etc.).

About the Role:

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play an important role in supporting daily operations and helping Return Stack grow. This position involves a variety of general labor tasks to keep the warehouse organized and efficient. You'll be responsible for picking and sorting items, grading them by type (electronics, toys, soft goods, etc.), cataloging products, and preparing them for shipment. In addition, you may assist with basic upkeep of the facility, such as sweeping floors, removing trash, and helping set up the shop. Pay Rate:

$16.50/hr

Available Shift Times:

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
