Job summary

CAF, Inc. in Memphis, TN is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our on-site team. You will handle order prep, packing, labeling, and palletizing for both parcel and freight shipments, and support inventory with attention to quality and safety.

Forklift duties may be required after training, with a Monday–Friday schedule. This role emphasizes accurate order fulfillment, strong organization, and teamwork in a fast-paced warehouse.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn warehouse systems and equipment.
• Ability to safely lift/move items weighing up to 60 pounds.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug and background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Picking, packing, labeling, and preparing orders for parcel and freight shipments.
• Building, wrapping, and preparing pallets for shipment.
• Receiving, unloading, and organizing incoming products and supplies.
• Operating a forklift after training.
• Assembling, repacking, and labeling products.
• Supporting inventory counts and maintaining records.
• Checking incoming/outgoing products for quality.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, organized warehouse and following safety procedures.
