Job summary

Cencora in Brooks, KY is seeking a Full-Time Distribution associate to support order fulfillment, stock management, and shipment preparation. The role involves cycle counting and using RF scanning equipment to verify products for distribution.

Education requires a high school diploma, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work overtime as needed. Shifts start at 10:00 AM on Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat.

• Verify product received against receiving documents, notes and reports discrepancies and any obvious damages (dependent on shift assignment).

Full-Time |Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday 10:00AM until finish

Pay Details:

Up to $23.48Cencora offers a variety of earning opportunities from base pay rates, shift differentials, performance incentives, and referral bonuses.

Responsibilities:

Education:

• Motivated, hard-working and dependable; attendance and punctuality are very important.
• Able to work the shift hours listed above, plus overtime. (Overtime in most Distribution Centers is mandatory to enable real-time delivery)
• Able to perform repetitive and manual tasks on a consistent basis.

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively; products vary in weight and size
• Comfortable walking up to 8 miles per shift (steps vary by role and shift)
• Ability to stand for long periods of time

Nice to have:

• Warehouse or Distribution experience preferred (1 year or less)
• Able to work with RF scanning equipment
