Job summary

Dal-Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries, is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Dallas to handle receiving, loading/unloading, order assembly, and inventory checks using forklift equipment.

Responsibilities include pulling and packing customer orders, maintaining accurate stock, restocking, labeling, and performing daily cycle counts in a safe, clean facility. A high school diploma and 3+ years of warehouse experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Basic math skills, organization skills, customer service skills, fluency in English, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of warehouse duties such as pulling/assembling customer orders, checking outbound orders for accuracy/completeness, inventory stock checks, restocking and labeling vendor product, maintaining displays, moving, storing, and replenishing material, and conducting daily cycle counts.
• Performs receiving duties such as receiving and unloading inbound material, processing inbound shipments, stocking material, processing customer returns, and notifying management of damaged shipments for freight claims.
• Maintains a clean and organized facility by sweeping, removing trash, performing restroom and general office maintenance, etc.
• May wait on customers and prepare sales slips.
• Maintains a safe working environment by obeying all safety rules as outlined in the Safety Program and by reporting all accidents, unsafe conditions, and acts to Management.
• Performs other related duties as required.
