Job summary

Interstate Assembly Systems in West Sacramento, CA is seeking a Warehouse Associate and material handler. Join a team that builds IMT and Fuel/Lube Mechanic Trucks and supports production with accurate material flows.

The role requires a High School Diploma, ability to lift 25–50 lbs, and experience in a fast-paced environment. Lean experience is preferred; forklift and reach lift operation are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Lean Methodologies experience preferred.
• 2 years material handling in a fast-paced manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience with forklifts and reach lifts.

Responsibilities

• Supports the production schedule by printing, picking, and delivering material/parts to production using the distribution system.
• Interfaces daily with project managers, engineering, and production staff to ensure accuracy of picks.
• Processes paperwork and posts data to work orders; moves materials.
• Follows warehousing policies for material issues/receipts and storage.
