Job summary

Cintas Corporation seeks a Warehouse Associate - Loader/Unloader for the Fort Worth distribution center. You will load and unload cases from conveyors, build mixed pallets, and use an RF scanner to fulfill customer orders with accuracy and speed.

Work is fast-paced and team-oriented; you will follow detailed instructions, adhere to safety policies, and support inventory control. This role offers regular hours, full-time employment, and opportunities to grow within the Global Supply Chain

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Warehouse Associate - Loader/Unloader to support the Distribution Center operation. This role loads and unloads individual cases of facility services products onto and from conveyor systems and builds mixed-case pallets based on customer-specific orders. The Loader/Unloader uses an RF scanner, follows detailed work instructions, and maintains product accuracy to support inventory control and accountability. The role works in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while following safety policies and quality requirements.
