Job summary

Raymour & Flanigan is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support every stage of a customer's purchase, from the showroom entrance to loading and final delivery. You will help prepare furniture for assembly and ensure items are moved safely.

This role emphasizes safety, reliability, and teamwork. The position pays $19 per hour and requires the ability to lift up to 200 lbs, operate an order picker and electric pallet jack, and work at heights in a busy warehouse.

Qualifications

• Commitment to Raymour & Flanigan's safety practices, promoting awareness, and maintaining a neat and safe work environment.
• Ability to become certified on material handling equipment, including but not limited to order pickers and electric pallet jacks.
• Routinely lift, lower, push, and pull furniture of all sizes up to and in excess of 200 lbs.
• Safely lift furniture while elevated on warehouse equipment at heights of 30-40 feet above ground.
• Experience operating an order picker, electric pallet jack, or an inventory scan gun is a plus.

Responsibilities

• As a Warehouse Associate, you will play an important role in the lifecycle of every customer's purchase. Starting with what they see when they enter the building. From the parking lot. To every trailer you load/off-load, each sofa you bin, to the dining tables you've prepped for assembly.
