Job summary

Grimco, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate Level 1 – Grinder to support daily grinding and tumbling operations in a fast-paced production environment at our New Hampshire location.

The role requires dependable, safety-oriented individuals capable of handling physically demanding work. Schedule: 10:00pm - 6:00am, Monday to Friday; Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00 hourly with a $1.50 night shift differential for the 3rd shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate grinding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Handle and move production materials throughout the shift.
• Operate forklifts to move materials.
• Enter production data into company systems and complete basic reports.
• Perform simple arithmetic calculations related to production.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety and operational procedures.
• Support the Warehouse team as needed.

The Warehouse Associate Level 1 – Grinder is an entry-level manufacturing position responsible for supporting daily grinding and tumbling operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role requires dependable, safety-oriented individuals willing to perform physically demanding work.

Qualifications

• Operate grinding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Handle and move production materials throughout the shift.
• Operate forklifts to move materials.
