Neovia Logistics is seeking an experienced Inbound Team Lead to support daily warehouse operations at 3180 Urbancrest Industrial Dr, Urbancrest, OH. The role leads a team, oversees inbound receiving, storage, and movement of inventory, and ensures safety and accuracy using WMS and common office tools.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in warehousing, hands-on MHE/PLE experience, strong communication, and a proven track record coaching staff.

Responsabilidades

• Verify quantities, product information, destinations, and shipment timing using source documents and warehouse systems.
• Operate and oversee the use of material handling equipment (MHE) and powered lifting equipment (PLE) safely and efficiently.
• Utilize warehouse equipment for weighing, banding, wrapping, packaging, and inventory movement.
• Perform and oversee specialized clerical and documentation activities related to inventory control and receiving functions.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and operational procedures.
• Train, coach, and support team members while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word to monitor inventory and operational performance.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and cross-functional departments.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Inbound Team Lead to support daily warehouse operations and lead a team in receiving, processing, storing, and moving inventory throughout the facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong warehouse leadership skills, experience operating material handling equipment, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Requires frequent walking, carrying, reaching, standing, and stooping.
• Requires lifting/lowering, pushing, or pulling of various items of varying weight.
• Requires work from heights of up to 20 feet from floor.
• Requires work in an environment with frequently changing temperatures.
