Job summary

Arrow Electronics in Phoenix is seeking a Warehouse Associate Lead to manage labor distribution, oversee production goals, and guide frontline teams through daily operations. You will run quality and production reports, provide training and problem-solving support, and ensure tools and resources are available to staff.

Position: Warehouse Associate Lead

Shift: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM, Monday–Friday. Hourly Rate: $22.00 USD Overtime: Regular OT and occasional Saturdays as needed.

Work Arrangement:

Fully Office Shift: Monday–Friday 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate: $22.00 Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
