Job summary

Duggal Visual Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support safe, accurate movement and storage of materials across warehouse and production support areas. You will work with Inventory, Receiving, and Production to maintain material flow, verify deliveries, and keep areas organized and production-ready.

The role requires forklift operation, OSHA-10 certification during the 30-day probation, and strict adherence to safety procedures.

Qualifications

Forklift certification and OSHA-10 certification during probation.
Ability to perform manual labor for an eight-hour shift.
Must follow safety procedures and operating guidelines.

Responsibilities

Perform accurate inventory checks and stock verifications to support inventory integrity.
Stage raw materials for production based on daily schedules.
Safely unload, label, and store materials between receiving, warehouse, and production areas.
Assist receiving by verifying deliveries against documents.
Place materials in correct storage locations and assist with put-away and replenishment.
Support cycle counts, stock rotation, and inventory transfers as assigned.
Identify and report inventory discrepancies, damaged materials, or unsafe conditions.
Maintain clean, safe warehouse, dock, and storage areas.
Collaborate with Inventory, Receiving, and Production teams to support workflow.
