Job summary

All Surfaces is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support warehouse operations by fulfilling logistical needs, processing and storing inventory, and ensuring timely deliveries. This role is based at the All Tile - CCS branch in North Kansas City, MO, with a Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm schedule.

You will pick, pack, receive, inspect, and stage inventory, verify orders for accuracy, operate forklifts and other equipment, and maintain safe, organized storage.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of warehouse and/or fulfillment experience.
• Courteous, personal attention to promote customer satisfaction.
• Excellent attention to detail with accurate, quality work output.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
• Must be able to regularly lift over 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, stage, and load customer orders.
• Receive inventory and inspect products for damage, stock products to bin locations.
• Verify orders for accuracy and quality at every stage of receiving and shipping process.
• Operate all equipment necessary for material handling such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other relevant equipment.
• Follow shipping and receiving standard operating procedures (SOP) for both paperwork and electronic systems processes.
• Assist the branch in executing warehouse standards of safety, maintenance, and cleanliness.
• Organize inventory to meet safety, efficiency, and inventory control standards for storage and transport.
• Ensure SOPs for inventory control are followed so pallets are properly shrink-wrapped, strapped, and banded for storage and transport.
