Job summary

Bedrosians Tile and Stone in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Warehouse Associate to handle inbound and outbound products, inspect pallets for SKU accuracy, and maintain inventory with diligent reporting. Responsibilities

• Maintain organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment.
• Manage inventory, conduct cycle counts, and assist with corporate inventory counts.
• Report inventory discrepancies to branch manager.
• Assist customers with loading and unloading their vehicles and follow proper invoicing protocol.
• Follow receiving protocol, including thorough product inspections.
• Maintain warehouse breakage list and report to branch manager weekly.
• Inspect forklifts and other warehouse equipment daily and report issues.
• Communicate with customer service staff regarding order discrepancies or issues.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and proper signage at Factory Outlet and slab yard.
• Assist clients with questions about products or orders.
• Pull stock orders and branch transfers; process timely.
• Uphold all warehouse safety protocol and inspections.
• Attend safety meetings and help conduct safety inspections.
• Maintain high level of customer service and professionalism.
• Multitask and prioritize work through effective time management.
• Work cooperatively in a team environment.
• Follow company policies, procedures, goals, and directives.
