Job summary

Lonestar Electric Supply in Nashville, TN is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join a dynamic team that fulfills orders, packs items, stocks shelves, and maintains a safe, organized warehouse.

The role requires reliability and strong reading and communication skills; Epicor Eclipse ERP experience is preferred. You will load/unload, verify items, update inventories, follow safety guidelines, operate material handling equipment, and assist internal and external partners as needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and stock various products utilized in the electrical industry.
• Review orders, pull requested items from shelves, examine for accuracy, and wrap for transport.
• Provide loading and unloading support as needed.
• Update databases timely and provide accurate inventory counts as requested.
• Follow processes and procedures as instructed by your Warehouse Lead or Supervisor.
• Help maintain a clean and organized working environment.
• Follow established safety guidelines and proper protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service to our internal and external partners, customers, logistics professionals, vendors as well as vendor partners and employees.
• Proactive communication to management regarding issues and concerns.
• Other tasks as assigned by leadership.
