Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of experience as a delivery driver or warehouse associate.
• Proficient in English.
• Experience with ERP and/or Salesforce automation tools preferred.
• Knowledge of MS Office and basic database tasks in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Pull, pack and prepare orders for customer pick up or delivery.
• Ensure all parts are checked against invoices and delivery paperwork.
• Collect customer payments, signatures and proper documentation when required.
• Assist with inventory processing in ERP system.
• Organize and label stock and report shortages or discrepancies to management.
• Assist in regular inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles safely.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety procedures and regulations.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment.
• Maintain professional appearance and deliver excellent customer service.
• Build positive relationships with customers and represent the company positively.
