Job summary

PIP Global Safety in Sparks, NV is seeking a Warehouse Associate II to support picking, packing, receiving, and shipping operations. The role requires reading part numbers accurately and maintaining safety, accuracy, and productivity in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of warehouse experience, can lift up to 60 lbs, follows safety protocols, works well independently and in teams, and is flexible to learn new tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• General understanding of picking, packing, and shipping operations.
• Follows all safety protocols and operational guidelines.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all safety protocols, maintain cleanliness, and report any safety concerns immediately.
• Load and unload products by hand; wrap and stack pallets for storage.
• Pick, pack, and transfer inventory to appropriate storage or shipping locations.
• Read part numbers and labels with accuracy to ensure order fulfillment.
• Fulfill various order types (e.g., pick-to-box, carton, sample).
• Track inventory and promptly report discrepancies or damaged goods.
• Perform basic equipment inspections (e.g., battery levels) and notify supervisors of any issues.
• Identify and implement small process improvements.
• Support operations across departments as needed.
• Accurately complete required paperwork and follow all standard procedures.
• Operate multiple types of warehouse equipment such as: sit-down forklift, 30/30 lift, manual jack, pallet jack, RF scan gun.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
